Jeremiah 10:23 I know O Lord that a man's life is not his own, it is not for man to direct his steps.
You Lord God are the one who directs my steps.
My life is in your hands.
You ordained it.
You created it.
You sustain it.
You protect it.
You provide for it.
My life is not my own.
It belongs to you.
You could snatch it away from me, this very minute, if you wanted to.
Help me to truly remember Lord
How great you are
How small I am
My life is yours Lord
Use it for your glory.
Reminds me of similar scripture from Proverbs 16:9 "The mind of man plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps." Timely thoughts especially as I contemplate "my" plan for today.
